Neutral Ground Guide is run by Michael Courtright in Naperville, Illinois. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, and anything else the form asks for.
Purchase details when you buy. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic site data, such as pages visited and the link that brought you here, so we know which guides help.

We don't ask for your case documents, and you don't need to send us any. The worksheets in our guides are yours to fill in and keep.

How we use it

To send what you asked for: your downloads and guides.
To send occasional emails for parents preparing for divorce. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To improve our guides.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site, our email and our payments, and only so they can do that job. If you opt in to offers from our family of brands, our own brands may email you as described below. We never contact the other parent or anyone else about you.

Neutral Ground Guide is one of several brands run by Michael Courtright through Kintervention LLC. Today that family includes 86 Slow, MJC Restaurant Recovery, KINTERVENTION, Profound Autism Toolkit and Neutral Ground Guide, and it may grow.

If you tick the box on one of our forms that says you'd like offers from our family of brands, we may email you about products, services and events from those brands, and from businesses we partner with. We send those emails ourselves. We don't sell, rent or hand your email address to partners.

The box is never pre-ticked and you never need it to get what you signed up for. You can say no later: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email [email protected], and we'll stop within 10 business days.

We never use your phone number or text-message consent for these offers, and we never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
